1. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfer, western union and PayPal. If you choose to pay by PayPal, there will be an additional 4.6% charge for transaction fee. When you place your order, we require a 50% deposit to start producing your order. The balance and the shipping charges are due before we ship your order.

2. How do I order chandeliers from your company?

The order procedure is like the followings: firstly, you tell us the chandeliers you want to order; secondly, we quote price and shipping charges if you need us to arrange delivery; thirdly, we make an invoice for the order after you finalize the order; fourthly, you pay 50% deposit to have production started; fifthly, we update the production for you with some pictures, let you know when the order is ready; sixthly, you pay the balance and shipping charges; lastly, we deliver the chandeliers to you.

3. Do your chandeliers have any warranty?

We would like to assure you that our chandeliers are made from top quality materials and workmanship and we are 100% sure that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. To prove our confidence in our products, we are offering a 5 years warranty with all of our chandeliers against tarnishing and factory defects. If any parts of our chandeliers show defects or tarnishes during this period of time, we will send replacement parts free of charge.

4. Can I customize my chandelier?

Since we have our own factory, one of our biggest advantages over our competitors is the fact that we can customize almost all of our models according to your specifications. We can change the finish, size, or the number of lights. We can also customize chandeliers based on your pictures or drawing.

5. When will I get my chandelier after placing my order?

The overall timeframe from placing order to receive order depends on production time and shipping time. Production usually takes 25 to 40 days, while shipping time depends on shipping method. Courier shipping or air shipping takes 7 to 15 days, sea shipping takes 25 to 60 days depending on the destination. If you have a deadline to install the chandeliers, please tell us the information before you place the order. We will check if we can catch your schedule.

6. How are your chandeliers shipped?

We take the utmost care to ship your chandeliers as safely as possible. We use foam and other protective packing materials inside the carton box so that when the chandeliers arrive to you, they will be in perfect condition. Besides, we will add wooden crate outside the carton box to give double protection in these cases: the chandeliers are shipped by courier or air; the chandeliers are shipped by sea but package is very big or heavy.

7. Is assembly required?

We try to ship your chandeliers as complete as possible to give you the least amount of work to be done. Still we have to ship most chandeliers in a few parts for safe transportation. The assembly of the chandeliers is very easy and will come with easy-to-follow instructions. If it is a crystal chandelier, the crystal strands will be prepared and ready to hang on the chandelier. The instructions sheet shows where to hang each crystal string on the chandelier. If you have any questions during the assembly, you can always give us a call for assistance.

8. What if my chandelier gets damaged during shipping?

We take the utmost care when packaging your chandelier and we ship them insured against any damage. If your chandelier gets damaged during shipping, we will either send you the replacement part or the complete chandelier free of charge as soon as possible.

9. Do I need an electrician to install my chandelier?

Our chandeliers come with easy-to-follow instructions and the electrical installation is similar to installing any other lighting fixture or ceiling fan. We do recommend an Electrician to do the electrical installation. Some of our customers hire an electrician to install the frame of the chandelier on their ceiling and then dress the crystals themselves.

10. What kind of crystal do you use?

We use the high quality k9 crystals to dress our chandeliers. We can also offer Asfour crystals if you need higher grade.

11. Are you trading company or manufacturer?

We are manufacturer with our own factory in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.

12. Do you have a showroom?

We have a showroom inside the factory to display our main chandelier collections. You are always welcome to visit our showroom.

13. What type of light bulbs can I use?

The light bulbs used in our chandelier can be easily purchased from any hardware or lighting store. The maximum wattage is 40 watts. But to save energy, we recommend you use LED bulbs ranges from 3/ 4/ 5/ 6 or bigger watts according to the amount of light output you need from your fixture.

14. Can I have my chandelier wired to meet my country's electrical standards?

We can manufacture chandeliers to meet the electrical requirements of all countries.

15. What certificate do your chaneliers have?

The electrical parts of our chandeliers are CE/ UL/ SAA certified.

16. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our chandeliers to all countries. There are various shipping options: courier shipping to door, air shipping to airport, air shipping to door, sea shipping to sea port, sea shipping to door. We will recommend suitable shipping method for you depending on your budget and schedule to install the chandeliers.
